Really impressed with Simon Thomas' and V5's shots. The 15mm is such a creative lens, especially for guys like you who know how to get the most from it. I believe the more one know about photography the more they appreciate the 15mm.

Thanks, Soap! I almost never use a filter on the DA15, unless I'm trying to protect it from something specific. In the images above I used a simple UV filter to protect it from spray along the shoreline. I'd like to get a 10-stop ND filter for it some day, though! EXIF for all my images can be seen over on flickr (Actions->View EXIF Info).

The lens seems to be on special at B&H for $509 at the moment. Pentax Ultra Wide Angle smc-DA 15mm f/4 ED AL Limited 21800 B&H (click on "click to see current price")

I am sort of interested. But it appears that I could not attach the Lee slot filter system. Am I mistaken?
