Rondec you have an amazing gift. The things you do with your DA * lenses are amazing. I love sunsets and skyline photography, I bought at 16-50 after looking at many of your shots with it. Sadly mine doesn't make the magic like yours!

I don't shoot too often with the big beauty anymore, but don't think I ever submitting anything the sample archive. Here are few of my favs over the years.

Heard that this lens is having SDM failure issue ? or now SDM issue is fixed by the pentax ?

I'm ordering a K3-II next week and the lens I was going to get with it was the 18-135mm. However, reading another thread on sport photography, the 50-135mm is said to be the better choice. Trouble is, I don't seem to be able to find any examples of it. Has anyone got any experience of fast moving moving vehicles at close quarters with the 50-135mm?
