I rarely use the DA 12-24 at its widest apertures. The bokeh isn't bad and the effect can be interesting, but there is some CA.

Thank you. If you look at the line of the horizon and the rocks in the background you will see some green fringing. But it produced a surprising degree of subject separation, given the focal length and the aperture.

A bit of fringing, but the photo looks very good overall!

I left this lens alone for a long time, but have started using it recently on my K1ii. I am impressed with it's starbursts....
