Sigma 18-200 DC f3.5-6.3

This is the older version of the sigma. I think the newer ones comes with OS but maybe not for Pentax.

In any case, soft at some focal lengths but it was a good starter lens. Don't use it much anymore.

Someone asked me to post a pic with this sigma lens showing a portrait with a "large blurry background".

With a zoom lens, what you need to do to get this effect is

1. get fairly close to the person
2. and zoom in almost to the maximum
3. while at the same time making sure that whatever objects are in the background are at a large distance away:
