fantastic images here. why do i keep reading about poor IQ and front-focusing problems in various places!!?? perhaps the two are linked and micro AF adjustment in-camera has eliminated any supposed issue?

Don't believe the haters. This lens has been a great performer.

A few gig shots at various focal lengths with this lens.
(All at very high ISO's in poor light, so not the best image samples for inspecting resolution).
Love the quick, quiet AF on this lens, and the colour rendering is very good. Only downside: it is big and heavy.

I ended up buying one. I like this lens. shot a Little Aths relay meet with it on Sunday

These were from the k5. I didn't take the k10 on the day, but it renders quite nicely with this lens too.
