Shot on a crop-sensor (K5) - 2s mirror up, tripod, remote release, SR off.

I realise this test is far from perfect - please don't critique the technique - and I hope the results are useful to someone.\

All are click for full-size.

Smc Pentax K 24/2.8

Love all my old K series lenses.

You just can't beat the build quality and feel of these older lenses.

Can't camplain about the results either.

Just wandering about the house, testing out the K24/2.8 that just came. this one is a keeper for certain. better than I was anticipating. hugely useful on aps-c (*very* close to a comparable FOV of the fa31 on on film), and wonderfully wide on 35mm, but still narrow enough to not be "weird". plus it's reasonably fast.

Here are a couple I shot this weekend with my K1 and K24 f 2.8 in Shenandoah National Park. First shot is f8 and second one is f16 - both with a Nikon Polarizer. I had the lens up for sale but not so sure now!
