Pentax K 50mm f/1.4 samples

While shopping for this lens it seemed there was a serious lack of photo samples to be found on the net. I looked through this section and couldn't find anything so I figured I would start a sample thread for this lens. I you have this lens, please feel free to add your own samples.

For now I just have one image, shot wide open with a *istD.

100% crop from above image.

Here's another film sample,
f/2.8 or f/4 and expired Fuji Sensia 100. I missed focus a bit but I like the bokeh in this shot.

As a portrait lens:

Mrs. C.
(K10D, uncropped)

As I recall this was shot somewhere around f/6.7. Easy to focus this lens when stopped down; wide open it takes more practice and perhaps a custom focus screen!

100% crop from the above shot:

Pentax KM, K 50mm f1.4, Ilford Hp5+ 400 film developed and scanned by thedarkroom.com.

Handheld during sunny daylight while on a hike. A great lens for film.

Handheld sunny day photo. Not sure what fstop or speed. I use this lens with an aftermarket rubber hood that does really well.
