South Padre Island, K-x in camera HDR, Sigma 30mm at F/2, ISO400. I think the main exposure was 1.3sec. I wanted a short enough exposure so that the ocean waves would not be totally blurred out, so I needed the larger aparture of the Sigma 30mm. But I wanted the image to be sharp, so I stopped down to F/2, where the Sigma gives pretty good results, even at the edge of the frame.

Wow these look even better than I was expecting.
Anyone care to comment on the bokeh aspect of this lens?

It gets a little rough some times, JohnBee. Unpredictably so, but regularly falls short of a 50/1.4, say. In fact I trimmed most of the OOF areas off this shot fo rthat reason:

Okey, let me ask. Should I buy one? Im thinking about the Limited 35/2.8 or is this lens "better"?

Well, Wompa, that depends. :-) For low light situation, the Sigma gives you two extra stops, but with very thin depth of field. It is very sharp in the center of the field, but less so at the edges. For taking pictures of people I would prefer the Sigma. If you want to get up close, though, the DA 35 macro is very nice too. It isn't my favorite lens for people pics, though. (I actually liked the DA40 better for that, when I had one.)
