Hi Dave,
Yes, it is one great lens. It is listed in the reviews but I did not find the lens in this image sample database, hence this new thread.

This is a very very good Mirror lens that I won't be giving up even though it's my least used lens. Its sharpness is quite astounding for a mirror lens and can even compete with a few non-mirror lenses. Here's an old shot I took with it that also features on the Mirror lens club, where most of my shots with this fine lens has been featured:

I can hardly believe it has been over 6 years since anyone has posted a photo produced by this lens, maligned by its mirror designation. So I bring it back with a sample from today's travels in a remote location in far north Western Australia, where the brolgas live:

Tough, but here's a bird-in-flight capture with this lens.
Not the best contrast but when lit well it's not bad:

Same here, since I got the Sigma 300. Beautiful shots, and thanks to both of you for the reminder to get it out & start shooting. I agree, it's very impressive, for a mirror lens!
