A* 600mm f5.6

I think these threads are great to demonstrate what our lenses are capable of. I didn't see this lens on the list or in the search, since I've recently acquired it I will start it off. While my shots may not be amazing hopefully they will demonstrate the characteristics of the lens since that is what I think this is about.

This Harrier Hawk spends it time within the fenced area around a local airport runway so getting closer wasn't an option this time as I was right up against the fence. I plan on spending more time down here and maybe it will crossover the fence and get closer.

Great shots, Robert.

I recently purchased the A*600/5.6 and I live in Ottawa. Maybe we can meet one day and I can learn a few tips from you on how to use this lens properly.

Where do you usually go for wildlife/bird photography?
