photos from Laowa / Venus 15mm f4.0 1:1 macro

I live in Hong Kong so I can get this lens from China more easily. This lens give some special view because of it's ultra wide and macro (even not really 1:1 on these photos) capability.

Excellent! Thanks for sharing these. It is easy to see that this lens reaches one of it's design goals of showing more of the background environment of macro subjects.

Great! Looks like a decent lens. Thanks for posting these. Do you have one of 1:1 macro, nearest focus photos?

Well, I have no luck with the dragonfly or grasshopper , the nearest I can go is just ~5".
I put my daughter's toy ring on an orange and try some closer shot, the 2nd photo is when the lens front just hit the orange, so
I think it s/b within an inch to the ring.
I don't know if this is 1:1 (some said with 15mm lens, 1:1 means ~0.5cm !) anyway, this is close more than enough for me .

Rather impressive, I like the bokeh in the second shot.

Yes, 15mm for 1:1 is difficult, but I really wanted to see how the image quality looks at that magnification. Looks like it is sharp! And I don't see CA. Thanks again
