I'll bet he never had a 55/1.2 on his Pentax...

(:

Thank you.

Pretty good for a nine cookie lens! Those are very good images, it looks like you have more in focus at F1.2 than I would expect, so good job of manipulating the camera to get the most in that focus slice. Very nice colors too. Not the smoothest bokeh, but I've seen a lot worse. That looks like a keeper to me.

Really nice colors with the X-T2 and this lens. How do you like this lens on the Fuji vs. the K-S1?

firstly - from the beginning, the only thing the K-S1 had going for it (and I've said it several times) was the sensor; it is a truly sweet sensor and a shame that it wasn't used more in Pentax's line-up.....

it's a completely un-ergonomic camera, it's plasticky, it creaks if you grip it too hard, etc.....

however - that's just my opinion....

but - the build quality of the X-T2 is amazing - it just fits nicely in your hand....

and the colors - I am a 100% jpeg shooter, I do not shoot RAW - the jpeg engine in the X-T2 is wondrous and the DR in the sensor is huge...
