Bonjour,

Je ne peux pas allumer mon pentax il indique le message suivant :
Lens error : 0x0311

I've gotten this error on a different compact camera and it meant the lens was jammed. Had to replace the camera

Common things that lead to lens extending problems.

Sand, grit, pocket lint
Obstructions (frequent) to the lens during opening
Camera opened in pocket or pouch a lot
Dropped camera on lens
Water infiltration of lens barrel
Heavy auxiliary lens attached to lens or clip on lens still on camera while retracting.

Most little point and shoots have small plastic gears or worm-drive gears that over time clog and jam or when excessive force is encountered, break or loose alignment.
