Pentax AF 500ftz slave flash issue

Is there a delay setting on this flash? I'm trying to use it as a slave with a Nikon D70s and a Nikon SB800. The problem is, from what I've read, there doesn't seem to be a way to turn off the pre-flash on my master set up. So the pre-flash is firing the slave and my photos are way under exposed. Crossing my fingers that there's a way to do this but I haven't come across it anywhere in my search yet

No. The AF500FTZ predates "pre-flash" technology.
