K7 Firmware

Hello. Trying to update my K7 Firmware to 1.11 from 1.0. I copied the .bin file to the root directory, turned the camera off, inserted the card, held down menu and turned it on. Nothing happens. Help?

Are you sure it's in the right directory, and that the file hasn't been modified?

I've had it happen where for some reason the file truncates, so although it's there as a bin file, it isn't compete.
Try the entire download process again, and make sure when you copy the file over to your card that it is going into the root, and not into the DCIM folder which may be resident on the card.
