unwanted switch to JPEG from RAW

Took alot of photos in RAW but maybe a third ended up as JPEGs. Thought it was me but found some that the camera switched to JPEG for a single photo and added 5 hours to when it was taken. I checked image number sequence and I was not at the same spot again so I could not have taken it then. Anyone have any ideas? Taken with a K 7. Thanks.

You didn't inadvertently switch over to green mode on the mode dial did you?
I can't help you with the clock setting. I've never had a problem with that.

Thanks for the response but no, I didn't change any settings with either dial or in menu. The switch was in the middle of several other photos.

Could you post an image (with exif intact) from one of the offending photos?
