Built-in memory Optio S4i

I have had my Optio S4i for many years and have been able to figure most things out, but I am stumped on this one. My husband accidentally took some pictures with it while I had the memory card out. How do I save those pictures to my computer?

You'll want to connect the camera to your computer using a USB cable and then the internal drive should pop up just like a USB flash drive.
