*ist DL image delete icon

Hi I have an istdl which has a prompt after taking a picture asking or saying delete if it thinks the shot is no good ie over exposed etc ,but now it says delete after every photo even though the shot is quite good,has anyone any ideas ? I have reset the camera also download the firm ware ,but to no avail.

Hi, not sure what you mean about what was happening - the camera makes no decisions about "quality" of photo. The word "delete" plus the trash can symbol comes up in the bottom left-hand corner of every shot during the instant review function - simply gives you a moment to immediately delete a bad shot or, if you ignore the delete option, it will write the pic to the SD card.

camera problem

Thanks chip b Look you are probably correct ,I have not had the camera very long and I have some dust spects in there somewhere so I used an air brush to blow out the camera ,I new the word delete came up but I didnt remember it on every shot. I think i was probably a little worried that I had caused it by using the air brush.
