Ricoh pin? (That would be what "RK" means.) The lens is jammed due to a small pin on the converter that has dropped into the AF drive coupler on the camera body. A few folk have had luck sliding a narrow feeler gauge between the lens and body and wiggling until it is free.

It could have the infamous RICOH PIN. How to retrieve a pin-stuck lens? Ricoh Lenses On Pentax Cameras -- The Ricoh Pin Fix says:

QuoteQuote:
Even if you do get one stuck, don't reach immediately for the hacksaw. Put the body in AF mode to help pop out the pin. Then use a small metal shim (or a feeler gauge, or even a metal tape measure) and slip this between the body and lens near the pin. With some patience you should be able to pop up the pin. Cutting your lens to pieces is dramatic but not really necessary.

Play with the MF/AF switch as you try and get it off. The "Ricoh Pin" or Bump is stuck in the AF drive shaft hole. Most recent RK lenses have a bump instead of an actual pin. If that doesn't work, use a feeler gauge.

Oh, and don't panic. It will come off with a little fiddling.
