how to silence chime when you turn on camera

just bought pentax optio rz 18, need to turn off the chime that sounds when you turn the camera on. how???

Can't speak for the rz 18, but with the A40 it is the Menu:
[Set-up] -> [Sound] -> Start-up (ON/OFF)
With my 2 other, older and simpler Optios it's not the same (as they have much less options to control), but it is also somewhere in Set-up.
