I have transferred all my photos from my 8 GB SD card to my computer and the card is empty. Today I took one photo and the camera says that the card is full. Any ideas?

Did you try reformatting it in the camera?

Try having the camera format the SD card. I have found that occassionally when I remove files without reformatting this can happen. In camera reformatting is quick and has always resolved this for me. Good luck!

I had the same thing happen at my brothers military funeral. Only got two shots. When I tried viewing pics, it had a blank frame. In desparation, I deleated it and the camera and card was fine. It has not failed since. Don't know what happened. It's a K20.

I have gotten bad cards, particularly those 'no name' ones on ebay for cheap. Kinda sorta like the 'bad sector' errors on your computer.
I'll reformat and try again, and the second time I throw it as far as I can.......
