where is the driver for optio s4i

I assume you're referring to a driver for your computer. What do you need the driver for?

If it is for transferring the photos from the camera to the computer, you don't need any driver. Just pull the SD card out from the camera and plug it it a card reader connected to your computer. It's likely you don't need a separate memory card reader. Most computers these days have built-in memory card reader.
