question on disabling stabilization (K30)

I am about to be a beginner in Pentax world (K-30). I do a lot of panning shots on motorsport circuit, and I would want to know if it is possible to disable the sensor stabilization and how (or if the stabilization module automatically recognizes that a fast moving object is being shot) ?

Thanks in advance and best regards,
Y Seite (France).

You don't really need to disable it because it makes a negligible difference at fast shutter speeds.

But if you want to turn it off, hit info until you see the status screen, then select the hand icon and turn the e-dial until it becomes gray.
