Can't update firmware on my K100D

I think I have done everything the way I am supposed to according to the instructions, but I am not getting anywhere with updating my camera. Can someone help me?

Can you be more specific about what you've tried doing? Have you copied the .BIN file to the root (top) level of the SD card?
