Lens compatibility

I have a nearly new SMC PENTAX-FA 1:3.8-5.6-28-200 IF&AL lens. Will it work with a K30 OR K5?

They All Work!

Hi Bob,
Yes, any Pentax or 3rd party lens made for Pentax, 35mm film or K mount (D)SLR will work on any Pentax DSLR. The screw mount (M42) older lenses require an adapter. Also, all the auto functions like aperture, program and focus will be enabled, with the possible exception of power zoom.
PK forever!
Ron

Are you tempted by the new K3?
It's all the rage around here.
