Well, there are some "dirty tricks" that might help you.

First go to the RICOH support page and download the latest update, which is / used to be a complete version of PDCU4. Look for version 4.40 for Windows or 4.41 for Mac:

I once bought a used K200D where the seller couldn't find his CD. At that time, it wasn't too easy to find yet another Pentax user nearby where I live - so, I tried to use the first method, and it actually worked for me. If I remember correctly, I downloaded the upgrade version to my harddisk and installed it from there while I had inserted an empty disk, which I had labelled S-SW110 in the CD-drive.
