Cheap Macro

My 50-200mm is WR and it's has a 49mm filter size.

Btw, the 50-200mm WR is great with the DCR-150 attached. I did a single in month with this combo and I have to say, the couple did a fine job of macro work.

nice.....it is my understanding that close up filters will give you more magnification on a longer zoom lens or focal length.......I don't really know but the close up filters are introducing me to "macro"/close up photography without a big expense until I have/get the experience to justify or want to make a much better investment

Could be that it was the only way to make the new lens WR. Don't know the answer to that either.

I have both of these adapters, the DCR-250 for shorter focal lengths below 100mm. The DCR-150 for lengths longer than 100mm.
