Previews and discussions have said there's no sensor change in both versions, I don't know what the discrepancy in mpx entails. There's no indication about the K3ii having a different one.

The 23.35 MP has always been a misprint.

Both cameras have the same effective pixel count of 24.35. The 23.35 was clearly a typo since the K-3's files are 6000x4000px.
