How to adjust the focal point on my K100D

Is there a way to change to a single focal point rather than multiple? I've searched around in the settings but I'm not sure what to change.

It's in the record menu, right above AF mode. You can choose auto, select, or center point.

It is labeled as "Swtch dst msr pt". It will not be active unless you have a lens on the camera - it may need to be an F, FA, DA, DFA etc type lens to activate.
