ME Super Double Shutter Slap?

So I have an ME Super and I'm having this problem:

Sometimes, when I go to advance the film, the shutter goes off, leaving me with a double exposure and a blurred image. Then I can't depress the trigger button and I have to advance the film again, with the same results. It only happens sometimes, and when it does I can go through a whole roll of film! Please help me. Is it the lens? Have I loaded the film wrong? Is there a button that I pushed without knowing it?

It certainly is not the lens.

Most likely the camera needs CLA (complete inside cleaning and lubricating).

In theory (but less likely), it could also be the electronic board. This you may be able to check by removing the battery and shooting a roll with the mechanical 125x (which you would do anyway if you use flash).
