buy extension tubes for macrophotography with Pentax K100 D camera

I have K mount pentax me with extension tubes. Now I have Pentax K100 Digital camera. When I mount those on new one, camera does not work. Do I need to buy new ones or I need some change in settings ? If new ones are needed which one?

I think that you will have to enable the "using aperture ring" field (set it to number 2) in you Custom (C) submenu.

I have a set of the tubes also and if you set it to use the Aperture Ring as stated above, the camera will then work. A new learning curve with the kit though!
