Does anyone know where I can get replacement screws

They are probably metric JIS and not Philips head. A good fastener supplier may be able to help. Google shows multiple vendors in the Detroit, MI area. Good luck!

If there are still any honest-to-goodness brick and mortar watch repair shops near you, they might have some that will fit.

I once purchased a 500mm mirror lens on Ebay for $1.75. The flange that held the threaded male t-mount to the lens was missing two of three screws. I found a watch repair shop who had a plastic container full of tiny screws. With a little rummaging around, we found two that fit. I think he charged me $2.
