SMC 500 f4.5 disassembly

I have a SMC 500 f4.5 m42 mount lens that has become loose in the back half of the lens. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it apart, from looking on the internet for info that this happens because of the weight of the lens and there are 3 screws that need to be tightened but so far no info on how to get it apart, any help will be appreciated.

I just received a 500/4.5 with a similar problem. The back third wobbles a few millimeters. Is it practical to attempt a repair? I don't want to have to send the mofo back to Japan (incidentally, this is the first time I've received something from a Japanese ebay vendor that arrived in anything less than pristine condition).
