Does live view shoot with Mirror up?

Yes, light can't reach tne sensor with the mirror down.

Do we have any chance to focus wherever we want on libe view?
I tried with my k1 but i couldn't find from setting it just focuses in the middle.

With the K1 you can move the AF area where you like. Have you looked at the manual?
