The photo editing software that came with the WG-3 is called Arcsoft MediaImpression LE. Apart from this there is no official software for the WG-3, nor any firmware updates.
You can download an update for Media Impression here, given that you have the original CD:

That said, there's probably not much point to using this very dated software. There are plenty of other alternatives out there- feel free to ask for advise on the forum!
