K100d owner here and I love it.... except for the last few days I have experienced an out of focus situation thru the viewfinder but the auto setting on the two different lenses produces clear and sharp images..... what's going on????

Try adjusting the eyepiece diopter slider on the viewfinder. The grid lines in the viewfinder should be sharp.
