It's been a while... the firmware seems to have passed me by

I have a K1 Mark II. Life's been a little hectic the last few years and I haven't been keeping up with the firmware updates. I'm still at 1.04. When I put in the SD card with 1.40 on it the camera doesn't recognize it. I don't blame it, that's quite a jump. Tried to find old firmware versions on the Ricoh website but haven't had any luck. Does anyone have a copy of the V1.20 firmware upgrade. It seems I should be able to jump to 1.4 from there.

Common errors causing the firmware not to be recognized are:

not putting the binary file (.bin) in the root or top folder of the card
not extracting the binary file from the downloaded container file
file named incorrectly - if an earlier copy of the file exists in the same folder the extraction program may rename it.
