One of the comments indicates that the external viewfinder costs £240. I didn't believe it, but .. yup!

No mistake. In Sterling it is 240 pounds and in Dollars (in the States) it is 250. In the EU, it will most likely be listed around 250 Euros. Either way, very expensive for an optical viewfinder. If it were a EVF like the new Sony, I can almost see why it is so much...

Maybe but the value of the Pound is quite a bit higher than the Dollar and Euro, it's rediculous if they trully want to sell it for that price.

This is lunacy. Cross the channel and the product devalues by 15%. Cross the Atlantic and it drops by 35%. It's the equivalent of £147 in Japan.
