I have tried the Q with prime 01 four days and nights long. You can achieve the acclaimed 5 fps speed only by shooting JPEG (with all corrections and specials off). If you shoot RAW you can't do that fast series anymore. After the third or fourth click the buffer is full and the camera does not respond in real time (but the red light flashes indicating data is being processed/stored). AF is excellent, not on par with dSLR but for a compact on the fast side.
