There are 4 pages of lens adapters on the 'bay. Every thing from 8 & 16mm movie to Canon FD & EOS, Nikon, Olympus Om & Pen, Leica M& R, Yashica, Minolta MD, and Sony Alpha. But no Pentax Auto 110 adapters.
A110 lenses would be so useful on th Q! Please build one.
thanks

Give them some time, the Q has not been out for long. And write to the ebay sellers and ask for it. Enough requests and it will reach the manufacturers.

Don't forget to request a built in manual aperture. Loads of space for one considering the difference in flange-focal distances.

There is a Pentax 110 lens to Q body adapter manufactured by Kipon. It was announced on 24 November and should be for sale soon. No built-in manual aperture though.

Yes, i must say that the Kipon C-P/Q fits correctly with my Navitar 50/0,95 TV lens, whereas my RJ fits best with my Cosmicar-Pentax 16/1.4 small thing.
So i kept both !

By the way thanks a lot Mistral75, i have ordered immediately the RJ K-P/Q, hoping to get the best from my FA* / Limited series.

=> Now Mr Pentax, we just need a FW update i.o. to be able to use stabilization in "photo mode" (not only "video mode", as possible yet) with all these lenses...

Mistral75, you just made my day. Will be ordering one for the Q and another for m43. Don't understand the Nex adapter. The A110 lenses would have to severly vignette on APS-c sensor.
thanks

Hi Mistral,

You can add quite a few more to the RJ list:

lens adapter tubes, generic lens hood items in pentax q adapter store on eBay!

Edit -- OK, I see that you're counting many of these in the "no name" category. . . never mind. . .

Scott

Zygonyx, barondla, thank you for your kind words . Concerning the results of Pentax 110 lenses on NEX (sorry for being a bit off topic here), I suggest you give a look at the test made by DCView:

With that you of course mean the whole package with aperture blades and all, since this was part of the camera body in the 110 system?
Just an aperture leveler/ring on the adapter would be of no use.
It looks like those Kipon adapters will only allow you to shoot wide open (f2.8).

I don't see an adapter with a manually controlled aperture being any more of a hassle than the Fotodiox adapters for K-m4/3 which allows the use of the DA Ltd series on micro 4/3.

Yes, I meant including a set of blades and some way to control them behind the lens mount. Hin posted links to some home made adapters with interchangeable apertures in his NEX thread but it would be much more convenient to have the whole system built into the EBay adapters, even if it doubles the cost.
