A B&W version of the puddle shot:

And the very first picture taken by me with my Q (apart from the test shots, of course):

Both taken with the 01 lens.
Splendid pictures, Michelek!

I like the moths, but I particularly dig the bridge pic. Great colors! Some folks may diss the 02, but I honestly think it's a pretty excellent little performer. As a walkaround all-arounder, I'd rather have the 02 than the 01. I wouldn't mind having an 01 for low light shooting, though.

Nice that some of us are proving those Q naysayers wrong, eh?

Thanks Amy and Gibby ! (I thought they were butterflies but what do I know?)
The 02 is a decent performer, with the new firmware the AF is surprisingly much faster and spot on.

Gibby: Great shots - I've seen those scenes over and over in northern Missouri, Souhtern Illinois and Iowa - documenting a time long gone by and as rails are removed and sidings closed, there are fewer and fewer of them.

Thanks much. I wish there were more of those little pockets of rural Americana unspoiled by modern life.

Been neglecting my Q the last few days but I did manage to snap off a couple shots here and there.
