That's why we have an awesome built-in ND filter
I didn't realize that it had this feature built in. Now something new to play with.

Took the Q with the nice new leather casing (thanks to a generous give away by local webstore e-offfers) out during a short 30mins visit to MBS.
I had planned to start with the toy Fisheye to try some shots that I had thought would work out, then revert back to old reliable Prime 01.

But once I started, I could not stop.....

I'm reminded back to the time when the Q was launched and for months, all the armchair theorists out there and here on PF was crying 'Doomsday' for Pentax and how silly such a small camera was.

But to me theory does not always match with the practical.
and fun with photography.... is not sensor size dependent

Scottty, its not working again....

The Q is really something.
I don't use it all the time.
But when I do reach for it, its refreshing, fun, even rejuvenating to me.

Thank you, those are great shots with the fisheye.
There is so much fun and creativity when shooting with this small camera.

I've owned three Studes, it's true, but that's all behind me now - I'm not doing the classic car thing anymore (unless it's a classic mini someday). Studes were strangely ahead of their time in many, many ways, but they were a bit costlier than the big three and didn't have the budget to update their cars after the mid 50s, so they folded in the mid 60s. but hey, they invented STP, and that's still around... (by the way, STP stands for "Studebaker Transmission Products")

let me see... I think I have some Q Stude shots around here somewhere...
Studes are definitely cult cars. Nice shots and information, I had know idea that STP was created by them, that is a cool fact!

Took a trip to the local Garden Center at Lowes today. Both were shot with 01 Prime.

Thanks! I have to admit that the minimum focusing distance on the 01 is pretty nice.
