I have to admit I have yet to use the Q with a Q lens, not even one photo. I've only used the Q for Macro and Astro photography with K or M42 mount lenses. I need to make a point to take some photos with the 02

Jethro, I like the flare in the image. Sometimes flare cooperates and often it does not. Good job.
thanks

A nice morning (Q7/01)

Saw the sun rising near this church last Saturday morning:

Luckily got my Q7 with 01 in my coat pocket - so I got it out to capture the rising sun in all its glory!

There is something magical about how the Q captures sunbeams! My K-30 would struggle to make a shot like that. Good work, Phil!

Thanks! It's indeed very nice how the Q7/01 got this. Have to admit though that some colorful flares also were in the picture - one of the reasons I did the B&W conversion here (but not the only one ...)

Great, how the character in the foreground look serenely at all this chaos. Like it very much! Thanks for sharing.

Went on a portrait shoot today with my girlfriend. Was really happy with how the results came out with some touching up in Lightroom. This was my first time using the Q for a portrait shoot, and it combined with the 06 Telephoto spat out some really nice shots.
