I'm loving the 06 Zoom that @Rmel26 sold me!

It's not perfect but if you play to its strengths it is very good. I'm actually thinking that I could do a whole trip with the Q and my publisher wouldn't know the difference. If only I had the 08....

Drop by and I could lend you the 08 for you S2000. Warning you though, you might now want to give it back. Might have to keep the Honda.

Ha ha! S2000 not for trade. I got a better idea - I'll trade you my DA10-17 fisheye zoom for the 08.

You can ride in January, so you'll get no sympathy from me

The 02 Zoom is pretty good too.

I have no qualms submitting photos from the Q for publication.

Scenes from the garden. 08 at its widest. Straight JPEG, no PP. It performs well at close range.

Nice inventive shot. All you need is yourself in the phone booth changing into your Superman costume.

Wow that is quite nice! The 08 is definitely on my wishlist. Just not as a trade in on an S2000

Not quite what you were asking for (and taken with the K-3), but...

Had to take some quick shots this evening and grabbed the Q for ease of use. Upon uploading onto the computer discovered the sd card had a bunch of photos that I'd taken back in February but had forgotten about.

I really do love the monochrome setting on the original Q. So much so I am tempted to maybe just treat this as my bw body. All shots were taken either with the 01 or 02. Camera had the 02 lens stuck on, but that doesn't mean I didn't swap it around at some stage.. *shrug*

Thanks wildman. I upped highlights and shadows a little bit to bring some more lights to her cheeks as it was a bit dark under her hat

Nice shot of the little girl. Great expression. I have always enjoyed B&W. It was my film of choice in the days of film.
