I was impressed just to see the image, and then impressed more when I saw that many of these were with ISO 6400. You know how far you can push the limit to get the image you want. A great skill.

Sorry. Hope this doesn’t post twice. I’m new here. I’m Malique. Owned a Q for about 2 months. It’s my street shooter. I shoot only JPEGs now. I want to shoot raw again but I’m not sure. Please check out my images.

Q-S1 and a SMC Pentax 400mm f/5.6 lens.

Not that sharp, but not too bad for a first attempt. I need to drag out my heavy tripod next time rather than my normal use one!

I googled around but haven't found any recent information. I hope that his life is good and that he's still taking street photos somewhere.

At the time of this interview from 2011 in a Bulgarian online journal, he's lived in China for 7 years.

Thank you very much! Well in fact I mostly use only two, adapted, lenses and camera jpgs.
