Nice shot Erik, rather original subject

Nick, your recent 2 shots illustrate very well what I like the most about the Q, it's about experimentation and creativity! Well done!

I just spent a few hours at the Salon de la Photo in Paris checking out the new gear. I only took my Q with me, but there were people with some really impressive cameras I must say. Anyway, I took a picture of the display with the new Q10, they come in an amazing range of colors, quite impressive. I also played around with the Fuji X100, the X-E1 and the Olympus OM-D, all very nice, but of course much more expensive than my Q. The X100 in black limited edition was tempting though, at 999€.

Very nice selection of colors for the Q10. Still glad I went with the original White Q with metal body. Hopefully Pentax will also add a couple more affordable lenses to the Q lineup although I suppose I shouldn't hold my breath...

Love the reflections in the water of that last shot. The 01 Prime is definitely a proven performer!

First time out with 03 Fish-Eye. I can tell this lens is going to be a lot of fun! Took some quick shots of friends/co-workers after a meeting. Tried to go for very different vibes/styles for these two pics. Maybe there is a future for me and the Q when it comes to street photography.

These are playing around with a 25mm F0.95 C mount lens I scored on ebay. All shot wide open as the aperture is not working on it, I will try and get it repaired.

With the exception of the portrait these are SOOC JPGs. Portrait was converted from RAW using Silver Efex Pro.

Thanks, I have been playing around with PP on that one. Can't decide if I like the original or this version (with a two color filter applied).... thoughts?
