Cool set VisualD - the curly ashes on the bonfire look neat.

Agreed!
Thanks guys! I took quite a bunch of pics of the bonfire only to discover that the first one with the "wrong settings" was the best one. If I only had a dollar...

Nice shot! I'm just waiting to see Spiderman and Batman jumping between the buildings.

I'm sure it's not just you. I think flickr made a change to their page layout not that long ago and I couldn't figure out where to find the full exif info until a couple of days ago.

Also Nick, great shot of the clouds and sunset.
Thanks guys! Played a bit with Color Efex on this one to make the colors more vibrant

Some winter shots from Sweden. The first four are from the local Christmas market taken after sunset, so they are high ISO. They still look great if you ask me! The last one is from a short promenade one day right after sunrise over the trees (yeah 10AM).
I like that bonfire shot as well!

I like the third shot the most but they're all pretty cool.

The bridge shot looks excellent in B/W.

It's the only one with significant post processing. It's three stacked images to lower the effective ISO. (Without this I tend to get a not so smooth sky, like in the fourth image. Though maybe if I believed more in noise reduction I'd get by without stacking, at least for this.)

Very nice. It doesn't even seem to have weighed down the tree limb
