I used the K5 most of the day, but I wanted to see how the Q handled a few fireworks

Got my Q! Haven't had a chance to play around with it outside of the house. These are just a couple of front yard shots.

I glued my 4mm CS lens on straighter. It's never going to be sharp, but that's ok.

And one with the standard prime. At close distances the focus depth difference between formats shrinks, this is at f/4.

Your 4mm shot has a nice perspective, I like it. As for sharpness I know how you feel my CCTV lenses 4mm & 2.5mm also are not that the sharp but it's a cheap wide lens and fun to use

Hi all, a new Q owner here. I have been having so much fun with the K mount adapter. My current favorite combo is Q + 35mm Ltd. It has a pretty good reach AND can do greater than 1:1 macro without photo stacking a lot of time. The images come out of this combo is superb. Just want to share a few shots here:

Really nice pics! Lovely colors on the subjects.
Though "greater than 1:1 macro" isn't true without any additional equipment as it says that the image projected on the sensor is as big as the real life subject, in other words the magnification is not related to sensor size.

Thanks!
I see. I never really know how the magnification math works out.
