Went to random places throughout the day. Took over 20 shots and these were the 3 the stood out the most to me.

Rock that fisheye! Love the colors of the "caution tape" one...

That was pretty scary yes...

Shutter speed was 1/100 sec, unfortunately I did not record the aperture but usually dial it to max around 3 or 4 for macro for greater depth of field (still haven't figured out what that translates to in f stop.)

After that any depth of field advantage gets negated by diffraction. It also becomes harder to see as the view becomes dark.

Here is another comparison from yesterday, similar settings. Same distance with K-5 (no flash) vs. Q (w Flash) using DFA100WR. The Q shot was at 1/40 sec.

Crazy macro work there! I still haven't pulled the trigger for an adapter, but I should.

Today looked promising for a walk.

Those are stairs, normally. Good thing I don't have to use them.

Most things lose their colour in this weather, but not kids' clothes.
Feels like home there!

Taken from a short boat cruise. The water was way warmer than the air so it was pretty magical with swirling pillars och a sweeping carpet och fog all over the sea.

The community Christmas lights has been put up and the "worker statue" continues his everlasting chore.

All the flowers in the garden has gone but this little fellow stays for some reason. It's still struggling as we speak despite being almost completely covered in snow now, eagerly awaiting a bee. Talk about a tough fellow!

Thanks! Who knew such an affordable lens would come with such a high fun factor?

Visual Darkness, the lake is just as you say magical.

Like number 1, but trying to figure out what it is!

I'm continuing to have fun with the Q, which goes everywhere with me.

The size makes it so easy to take along. Keep up the nice shots.

Not too shabby! Always left impressed with the results you can get from the Q+Prime Lens combo in low light conditions.

Waiting for my son to finish a school function, I quickly snapped a few on the Champs Elysées.

Stopped by my local Target and figured I'd check out some of the toys. Hadn't taken a peak down on of those aisles in over a decade. Nice to see the physical Lego market is still going strong and that not every kid wants an iPad, 3DS, Wii, or Leapfrog. Target used to be my go to store for Ninja Turtle back in the day. Nostalgia...
