I like both series but I prefer color

I always waiver back and forth between color and B&W but I must admit that the colors during the transition times of the day are really great and very much my favorite time to shoot. Thanks for the comment by the way!

A few pics with the Q and the 06 zoom while on vacation...

Parasailers (taken from a moving boat)

A bird on the beach (is worth two in the nest?)

The 06 at f2.8 + ND does have a decent bokeh

I played with the in camera filters a lot... (Bold Mono)

Homeless man sleeping on the beach (Bold Mono)

Fun at the beach

The waters not that cold! (Bold Mono)

Though I did use my K5d while on vacation, I ended up walking around with my Q + 06 zoom and X100 most of the time.

ve2vfd... nice series. I like the first one best. Tried to get similar pics in Goa but they were about 2 miles offshore

2 pics with 06 lens merged in pshop

South Mtn. State Park NC. Hiking, Horses, Camping, Fly Fishing, Mtn. Biking, and bunches of folks enjoying a mid March sunny day.

Beautiful pictures but there is no EXIF data so it would be nice to know what lens was used. Thanks.

2.8mm f/2 CCTV lens. Doesn't quite cover square format on the Q. Or for more traditional definitions of cover (where you want some semblance of sharpness) doesn't even come close. The first one the full square crop, the second one is as wide as a square crop, but has some of the bottom taken off too.

Bokeh is terrible. Or interesting if you want to be charitable.

Thanks guys! I have to admit that as much as I love the 01 prime, that 06 Zoom is rapidly becoming my favorite Q lens.

Very nice shots, I can't understand why people don't like the 02
